Effective July 13, 2026
Fencekeeper collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party SDKs.
Your location is used on your device to set the takeoff point, center the map, and compare your position against the fence you set. It is processed entirely on the device and is never stored, transmitted, or shared. Location access runs only while you use the app, and position tracking runs only during a session you start and stop yourself.
The app makes one kind of network request: anonymous queries to the FAA's public UAS Facility Map service (hosted on ArcGIS) to fetch airspace ceiling data for the map area you're viewing. These requests contain map coordinates only — no identifiers, no account information.
If you allow notifications, they're generated locally on your device to warn you about fence breaches. Nothing is sent to a server.
If this policy ever changes, the update will be posted at this address. Questions: pearcityguitars@gmail.com.
