Still Plans collects the minimum a team app can: your email address (to sign you in and send the invitations and scheduling emails your leaders trigger) and the name you or your leader enter so your team knows who you are. That's it. No analytics, no tracking, no ads, and nothing is ever sold or shared with anyone.
Your church's data — services, songs, schedules, conversations — is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and is visible only to members of your church. Leaders can remove people; removing someone deletes their assignments and availability with them.
Emails are delivered by Resend and sent only when someone in your church acts — an invitation, or a request to serve. There are no marketing emails.
Want your account or your church's data gone? Email pearcityguitars@gmail.com with "Still Plans" in the subject and it will be deleted.
